The inception of A Pen For Africa (APFAF)

The inception of A Pen For Africa (APFAF) is deeply intertwined with the personal odyssey of a cancer survivor whose fortitude and commitment to philanthropy, especially within the medical domain, culminated in the establishment of this impactful organization.

Following a successful battle with cancer, the survivor felt a compelling urge to contribute to the well-being of others. This profound experience served as the genesis of APFAF, an NGO committed to disseminating knowledge and extending support to individuals affected by cancer and other chronic ailments.

During her own treatment, the survivor immersed herself in extensive research on cancer, acquiring invaluable insights into diverse factors such as climate, sexuality, nutrition, and lifestyle that influence cancer development. Drawing on her legal background, she approached these issues through the prism of human rights, recognizing the imperative of raising awareness about these crucial issues.
