Dr. Ngabirano Thomson

A medical Doctor with vast experience in results and systems based planning and management, advocacy with local government, health sectors and donors. He has worked both with Ministry of Health and in donor funded projects inclusive of USAID.

Prossy Ayebare

Board secretary APFAF founder and executive director, a cancer survivor for now 15years; Proscovia is a state attorney at the office of the director of public prosecutions. secretary general of the Uganda Association of Prosecutors and has also implemeted and spearheaded various social sector missions in and out of Uganda. She sits in various capacities on cancer prevention and response organizations including African Cancer Control Alliance (ACCA), Uganda Cancer Fund (UFC) and Uganda Cancer Society (UCS) among others and is blessed with two children after cancer treatment- SHE HAS EVERY REASON TO FIGHT CANCER

Dr Steers

Board member ( Finance and Procurement Committee) Projects and Consultancy Expert; Dr. steers the projects and Consultancy Department and coordinates Global Partners in Education at Uganda Management Institute, Kampala Uganda and sits on various boards including the Global Fund staff Validation Committee for GFII

Eldard Ndazi Sebagenzi

Board member (Finance and Procurement Committee) Procurement and logistics and Human Resource and Administration Specialist; Eldard is currently working as the Technical Advisor-Procuremnet with USAID/ Ministry of health Uganda. He has served in various capacities and states in UNDP, UN and USAID

Norah Nandudu

Norah Nandudu board member. chair Human resource committee . currently senior Human resource officer and recruitment advisor Uganda Public Service Commission

Charles Okoth-Owor

Board member ( head of governance) Advocate of Courts of Judicature, Commissioner of oaths and sits at different boards in different capacities ; among which Charles is the chairman of electricity disputes tribunal and a member of the governing council- Ugnada Management Institute
